Terms and Conditions

The Swiss Code of Obligations applies. In summary, we ask you to take note of the following points:

• You have the right to claim a refund of prepaid costs if Digital Literacy Inc. is not able to fulfill the agreement for the delivery of the digital product.  
• The digital product can not be returned, beacuse of its nature as a digital good. Thus a refund is excluded, when the product is used.  
• The diagnostic tests are ordered for a particular module and for a specific version of Office or a particular operating system. After ordering, the purchased tests can not be exchanged for other modules or other versions.
• diagnostic tests are a good preparation for the exams. Passing a diagnostic test does not guarantee that the appropriate certificate test is passed.
